Shipments are accepted as
shippers load and count |

Driver is not responsible
for loading and or unloading |

Maximum free loading and
unloading time for full loads is 2 hours, 1 hour for LTL shipments,
after which hourly charges will apply |

Signed paper work by shipper
/ receiver indicating waiting time qualifies for charges when
times exceeds point #4. |
| 6. |
Based on equipment availability
at time of order |
| 7. |
Fuel charges extra, charged
at published guidelines |
| 8. |
If for any reason there is
a dispute regarding service the maximum value of a claim cannot
exceed rate charged by Contract Express for the specific load

Quotation valid for 60 days
for acceptance, all accepted quotes reviewed annually |
